Opening a small print and copy center similar to a Kinko's facility. Looking for an web-based system for customers to order from our catalog of several dozen products and services. I am not looking for a full online commerce solution at this time, though the software should be scaleable to accomodate this feature in the future.
System should be easily configurable by our employees. That is we would like to be able to create customzed order forms at will based on the needs of individual customers. System should also accomodate multiple file transfers, that would enable the customer to browse and/or compress, upload files, and we would be able to upload PDF files for an online approval system by the customer.
I do not yet have a comprehensive feature and functionality list, and am seeking proposals from coders that can demo similar solutions they have created for similar small businesses. We are looking for cost-effective ideas that will enable us to grow our business.
Please send me your ideas along with a proposed budget. I would like to be online within 30-60 days.
Thank You for your assistance.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Should be universal, and require no special extensions on the server or client side.
