XML file based ASP .NET web forms

This ASP.NET project utilises XML file as a portable database. It would need to have 1 XML file that act as an index that points to other XML files. This is a simple complaint tracking application. The index file would contain the pointer to the actual detail for for a specific complaint. There would be 4 aspx pages. Sortable results. A simple login page is required for administrator. _With Login:_ 1 submission page 1 query page 1 view all page editable result _Without Login:_ 1 query page Refer to the attached file for table, columns and query criteria information. ## Deliverables _Must be able to:_ When a new data is input into the index file. A UID under the column ReportID will be auto generated incrementally (from the last known number in the index file) and this will proceed to create a file from the xml schema XSD under the filename {reportID}.xml Upon query, it would query the XML index file result. Each return result must be selectable. When 1 result are selected it would expand and displayed the details from the file that the index xml file points to together with the selected parent result. The general view does not allowed editable result. To edit the result, a login is required. ***Will be willing to give a _good bonus_ for quick project completion within 2 weeks. ** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
