Zencart EZ shipping Module

I need a very simple modification for a Zencart shipping module. It will show a selection of shipping options that a customer can choose from that the owner of the cart can input To make this clear (there have been a few questions) NO, it does NOT have to actually calculate the shipping! It is just for the customer to select from a choice of shipping methods An Example FedEx - overnight - 2nd day - Ground US Mail - Priority - Bulk Rate - General Delivery UPS - Overnight - 2nd Day - Ground etc. that can be entered and changed by the administrator of the cart. It should have the MAIN shipper (FedEx, UPS etc) and then the type of shipping.. (overnight, 2nd day etc.) **THERE ARE NO SHIPPING CALCULATIONS!** It would say "Choose your shipping method below - shipping will be calculated and added to your invoice." Then have the list of shipping methods It should then have the option for the customer to check (that the administrator of the store can either have show or not show that says) I do not need a shipping estimate (checked by default) Please contact me with shipping estimate as I stated this last part should be an option for the adminstrator of the store if they want customers to be able to ask for a shipping estimate Thank You Kana ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
