We are after a custom built Client Relationship Management System for us to monitor all of our clients and prospective clients. So we need an online web based application that allows our sales team to manage new and existing clients through a central area. It would be great if the system could send out reminders and could be integrated with MS Outlook (but I can understand if that is not possible)
