Design A Modern - High Tech Home Page + Logo

I need someone to do 3 concept designs for a home page. I'd then select one for you to develop into a working home page. Based on this design you would create two other html pages and a logo. I'm looking for a design that is: * Clean & uncluttered * Uses color to make the site look high tech, modern & slick The home page should have 8 tabs like the ones at http://finance.yahoo.com. I'd also like this list at the top of the screen: "A "New User? | Sign Up | Sign In | Help". I will send the winning bidder: 1) The names of the tabs to use. 2) A zip file containing snippets of graphs and ideas that I like from other sites. 3) Information to integrate into the two other html pages. These will be screen captures from an existing web site to integrate. If I choose you, and you don't do a good job, then this will be the final price I'd pay on RAC if I chose not to go ahead with the final design, logo etc... * You must be able to speak fluent English. * You must be able to commit to a dealine - no extensions will be given. * Don't post "I can do it" and leave out the comments as I wont choose you. The reason I asked for 3 concepts was because I want to choose a design that I like. However, if you are comfortable with just doing one design and working with me on it to ensure I'm happy then that's ok. * Don't just post the maximum price as your bid unless you really mean it. * ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) You will need to sign and agree to a non-disclosure (confidentiality agreement) before starting work. 5) Your code must be clean, well documented and easy to understand. 6) You must provide progress updates (via RAC) every 3 days. This gives me an indication that your working and allows me to give you feedback, so you are on the right track. 7) Examples of your previous work would be highly regarded. 8) Your bid must include an estimate on the time it will take you to deliver this project. 9) You must be willing to make reasonable changes to your work. 10) If you need FTP access, your access to our server will be monitored. 11) The buyer (me) owns all the copyright to the work.
