FitKit Software Development

This a software development project. I need someone that is skilled in software design or application design to complete a software design project from start to finish. I have attached all the information needed to understand what is needed to be done. Originally Fitkit is a software developed to allow people to quickly and easily arrange office layout configurations. It allows the user to choose Sylex furniture (desks, chairs, custom furniture, storage, cabinets and more) and place it into position in an allocated working space/room size. The software then give the user a top-view plan of their layout according to their specification. The attached document gives the software designer information about the general function of current FitKit. Please refer to the RED annotations for new functions or changes that are required throughout the document. There are a few important functions that are primarily important when designing this software. 1-Starting a new layout by specifiying the width and length of the space (measurements are in mm) 2-The layout will be a Grid divided into 10mm square units 3-Objects can then be snapped on the square units or free to move (Edit: Snap to Grid) 4-Objects inserted can be controlled by clicking on the object and: Ctrl+R for Rotate, Ctrl+D for Delete. Ctrl+M for move, Ctrl+C for copy, Ctrl+V for paste. 5-Objects are inserted from a list provided found within titles tabs in the control panel (file, edit, existing, TITLE 1, TITLE 2, TITLE 3, TITLE 4 etc) each title tab will contain a range of TOP VIEW furniture drawings that you can simply choose from and insert onto the layout space. 6-An shopping list function allows the user to export document from their finished layout that contains a list of all the codes and quantity of the inserted products 6-Save/SaveAs files: JPEG, PDF or other image files 7-A print function TIMELINE: I will need someone to work on this project for the next month (unless otherwise advised by you on the timing of such project). I will be travelling from the 12th of May to the 30th of May so I will not be responding to emails at this time but I am hoping by then someone will have already started this project. Once I return, I am hoping that a prototype will be complete to discuss further development. Please advise if you require more time for such project. BUDGET: The entirety of the project from start to finish will be $2000 but I am happy to pay you a 50% once the prototype is complete and the remaining will be paid once the testing and completion is finalised.
