410623 Flash resize help

I have a small flash project. Probably would take the right flash programmer 15 minutes... I have a flash movie that I would like to have the background image always resized to fill the screen. Then there are some buttons that have to stay aligned lower right and a logo that has to stay aligned centered top. I have these 2 elements in place, just need the background image to stay scaled. See screenshot for the error of how this is currently looking on 30" monitors.
