210353 FLASH website modifications

I need the modifications detailed below, for this website:

1) Fix problem with Menu: I moved "IMAGES", "RADIO & PRESS" & "CONTACTS" to the right of the screen. However, now the links don't work at certain parts of the word. For example, if you hover over IMAGES you'll see that there is no link, but if you move slightly to the left of the word the link is there. It's the same problem with the end of the words on the other two links specified.

2) Move all black windows up by about 2cm so that the top two windows are about [url removed, login to view] from the top

3) Enlarge "MUSIC", "RADIO & PRESS" and "BIOGRAPHY" windows left/right so that they are the combined width of the "richardanthonyjay" & menu windows, and also make them longer so that the bottom is about 1cm above the MP3 player

4) "IMAGES" page should be Thumbnail Gallery similar to [url removed, login to view] (click on DISCOGRAPHY). As well as the right-hand window we already have in our FLA, a left-hand window needs to be created which will have thumbnails on it. Clicking on any hyperlink opens up a different page in the right-hand window which has a larger version of the image plus some text

5) Remove startup animation of two top windows so that the black fades in over 1 second rather than the elaborate animation it has now

6) Remove flicker when moving over menu option

7) Remove ALT backdrop & line Animation removed

8) Connect email form on "CONTACTS" to our SMTP server (PHP is preferred) and create SUBMIT button. Make "Your Message" and "Email" box about 2cm wider

9) Create second email box plus second SUBMIT button, under "CONTACTS" MAILING LIST and connect to the attached form script for passing to [url removed, login to view]
