Interactive Flash Drawing Game

Basically, I need to have an interactive Flash page that allows visitors to the site to draw a picture, like using a whiteboard. There are a fixed number of colors. The whiteboard would have a shape on it. Once they drawing is complete, saving and submitting could be allowed to enter the drawing in a contest, or to inform others. The company produces toys. The site will be fun with bright colors and fun graphics. The company makes one product that children can draw on. I'm working to produce their current site and need this component as an addition. The whole site does not need to be in Flash, just this one page. I can help with graphics and such. But whoever does this job needs to be pretty good at drawing little markers, hands, and the things related to the drawing space. I'd especially like it if they were near the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. This project is starting in December. I need to know what kind of time and cost you would estimate this work would require. ## Deliverables Working Flash page as described above, in the example given. All code and documentation of the code to be delivered. *Documentation should be clear enough to make changes if needed to basic controls or administrative options. Weekly status (or more) of progress must be provided. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This program will be run on a web server that uses ASP and .NET in a MS Windows environment. Software should be accessible by users using IE, Mozilla-based browsers, and Safari on PC and Mac computers.
