I recently started a new marketing and promotion company which deals with product branding/placement within NYC night clubs, concert halls, and other related venue/events. In actuality, the new company is the result of a dissolution from previous partners. I currently have an email subscriber list of approximately 300,000 members. I have yet to create a new web presence. As a matter of fact, I haven't even created a logo yet. This is all fresh in the making, therefore I have to get everything up and running, tested, and debugged by next month (Launch Date of [url removed, login to view])
The project will entail logo and website development. The website must be an original design, hip, trendy, and above all interactive and functional (no [url removed, login to view], etc...). The site will be produced as a fully interactive ecommerce website (functional flash intro) with several custom applications and backend administrative functions.
Members will be able to purchase event tickets online, pre-pay VIP table/bottle service, book birthdays, submit and edit guestlists for each venue, view event pics and video artist interviews. Users will be able to send pics and vids to friends and/or simply refer friends to the website.
Promoters will get paid depending on the event and depending on the time of night their guests arrive. The site will provide various RSS feeds and RSS subscription options.
Backend will allow our customer service team to manage subscriber list, view upcoming birthdays and contact info, book events, update each member and/or promoter's nightly door figures and one-click submit final payouts to finance for payment execution via PayPal. There are other details but that is the jist of it.
Front end systems includes: membership form... book a birthday... virtual promoter... and a dynamic calendar referencing events from the database. Virtual Promoter will be provided all the nessary tools (html code) to enable email marketing to their friends including use within MySpace. Virtual Promoter will have access to their account information/history ($$$), submitted lists (save as template feature) with editting options.
Employee login will be necessary. Admin pages will provide calendar of upcoming events and enable customer service to book members into caledar events.
