Powerpoint to Flash Reader or HTML5

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to provide a solution that when we upload a PDF or Powerpoint it will transform the slides into a readable embed reader, similar to the site www.slideshare.com.
The solution is to provide a PHP script that is able to convert the PDF or Powerpoint and people will able to post them in site as a embed powerpoint readable in a HTML5 or Flash reader.
The functions we are looking for are simple:
- Convert from PHP to a SWF or HTML5 slideshow.
- Slide counter (for example: 3 slides of 23 total)
- Share (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Tumblr, Pinterest, Email, Embed code, URL).
- Fullscreen.
