Radio station web site needed

I need a web site built by someone who knows what they are doing. 1. nice banner on top. It may be the same with faces of music artists on top…different colors are ok..in the Rochester web site they have the city skyline traced in the background that we don’t like. This may be a flash banner with images shifting around like a puzzle, but not too much. simple, fast flash load page that is only there for 2-3 seconds. No “skip intro” button because it’ll be fast, and it’ll automatically go to the home page. It’ll use their logo which is just 2 words split up with a signal spike in the middle. 2. they want a dynamic web site with an admin page to modify text on certain spots of certain pages and to be able to upload images on the site to certain pages. 3. a small flash effect on the top corner of all the pages 4. 8 pages. I will pump over all the text and images to you that will not be dynamically changed from the admin page. they will be on a Linux server
