Revised & Update Current Website

Need my current website to be revised with new layout and design. (viewable on IE, firefox, Chrome, table etc) Project Scope: - Add Cartoon Flash (Home page, Inflatable, Mascot) - Revised/add Introductory Catchy Word Content - Add Picture gallery (view only and cant be downloaded) popup note that says something like to email us for photo - Add Video section - Add social media function facebook, blog, twitt etc. - Add shopping cart on order page. - Checkout able to: Add Quantity Before and After 13% tax. Delivery/pickup option per location Setup & Drop-down fee Refundable Deposit & Reservation fee Discount Section Code generated Payment Option (email money transfer or paypal) ADMIN Page - Able to add and remove listings per category - Able to add/remove picture gallery - Able to add/remove video I have existing mobile site working good, just want to make sure all database are link properly with the mobile site.
