Front end is pretty simple I have fully designed the main pages in Photoshop and have a flash navigation already done - both need to be implemented into the site (the flash navigation requires some php coding, but it's nothing complex) - main thing that people need to be able to do is input their information for possible newsletters, and input information in a "Join Our Team" page. This contact information is to be stored on the back end.
Other than that, there will be an RSS Feed, 4-8 static text/image based pages.
I require one page to be dynamic - that is the "Sales Team" - we should be able to add/edit information for agents in the back-end and the list should ALWAYS be arranged alphabetically by last name with no more than 10 people per page.
Futher pages include Testimonials (Text based, however, I want to be able to edit testimonials in the admin section), Newsletter (as mentioned above, we need to be able to have customers sign up for newsletters), "Join Our Team" (Similar to newsletter), and a Blog. I want the latest 3-4 blog postings to appear on the home page, with other blog postings to be under the "blog" section (Word Press is preferred).
It is very important that the admin section be EASY TO USE AND NAVIGATE. I want the design of the admin section to be the same/similar to the front end so it feels connected. Some of the key things that need to be editted in the admin section are:
-Need to be able to add/edit agent information (name/e-mail address/agent type etc.) and upload one image for the agent
Testimonials - text based, however, we need to be able to edit and add entries (similar to how a blog would work) to the testimonials page
Should be able to send text/html/image based e-mails to all people who have signed up to the newsletter
-I want to be able to export the database to a .csv so I can import it into Microsoft Outlook
JOIN OUR TEAM
(Very similar to Newsletter - however, we want to be able to have an automatic e-mail package sent to the customer)
EDIT RSS FEEDS
I want an option to change the RSS feeds that appear on the front page
