updates to flash/html site

This web site has a flash side and an html side. You must be great at flash as I was told that the flash is difficult to work with and it's only one 13mb file rather than broken down into several files.
The requirements apply to both of them. I want #7 on the list done first as a priority for both sites.
I need this done very quickly. If you can't start immediately after you are selected please don't bid!
You can not put this project in your portfolio or anywhere it can be crawled by search engines. In other words you will be under a NDA.
Budget is $150. I will escrow half to begin, and when you complete #7 I will escrow the remainder.
