Web Page For Fiber Optic Company

I need to have a professional web page created for my small business to help market my company to customers. Directing these customers to my web site currently is through search engines, advertising from my busness cards, truck lettering etc. I need to have a web page that looks professional, describes my services, shows pictures, directs customers how to contact me, has page to review and leave references, and allows me to modify certain pages if need such as adding pictures or changing or adding data. I have created web pages myself before, but my experience is limited to creating through html on a text editor. My main interest in improving what I can do myself is in the graphics and design. I do not have time to deal with all these things and would apprectiate a creative developers touch to create a proffesional page from the documents of text I can provide. It is important that I have the ability after work is completed, that I can change/update certain areas of the web site via FTP since my business is new and growing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Currently using Windows ME and Cute FTP. Accessing website via Internet explorer. I have text editors, Paintshop Pro, Netscape Composer.
