minor web customisation required

Hi, I bought this script [login to view URL] Its a ready to use script. All i want is minor customisation as follows: - create property categories and type - have appropriate search forms.. like cities in my country, etc - search results for the searches made - for the search forms and search results, i want specific urls, which i will provide. just copy and paste. - urls will be in 4 languages, i want something like [login to view URL]漢字仮名交じり文 to work - add two more languages to an existing 2 languages. total becomes 4 - install all the add-ons i have bought. its a complete website, everything is ready and easy to use. you dont have to write any code, etc. only a few hours of work required.
