PHPBB design expertise

Hi ! I guess this is an easy job for someone who knows their way around phpbb (open source forum software [[login to view URL]][1]) I have an operating forum using v 2.0.17 (current version) at [login to view URL] I intend to purchase a design template suited to the site - likely to be this one : <[login to view URL]> The intention is just a 'makeover' of the site so it **looks less boring**. ;-) This project requires someone to integrate the new template on the existing site outlined above. The only minor requirements specific to this project are : **1. Local time : ** To include the current time in Australia where shown on the template **2. Insert Ads ** Incl code in the head of the document : <!-- <script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> <!-- var az_channel = 'vroz'; //--> --> and <!-- <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="includes/[login to view URL]"></script> --> then at "Our Partners" insert code like (to be provided): <!-- <script language='JavaScript' type='text/javascript'> <!-- az_adjs(3,'vroz99999999'); //--> </script> --> This is to allow me to use Max Media Manager to show ads on the site.
