Pro-active web designer need

There are many works, includes: updating the website design (if required), take care of SEO, Link building and many other works. I'm really busy at my work, and I have less time to guide you. Therefore,I need someone pro-active which mean, someone who can do everything without my interference. You have all freedom to do your work, you should compare our competitors website and marketing system and create something new to attract customers be creative, pro-active, smart and committed. You should think this as your business and work. If you have all these skills and hard working person, lets talk. I'm NOT ready to read your default emails, write to me in your own words.
