Simple PHP Site (Script )

I want to create a php script similar to whats seen here : [login to view URL] I have collection of databases ranging from dentists, airports, motor vehicles etc.. I need to make use of a script or cms to make sites out of them. The primary thing here will be i should be able to use the script or framework you create to make similar websites with my databases. Fot example you use the cars database to create the script and complete this project, i should be able to make airports listing site with your script without further modification ( almost all databases have similar fields) Additional features required: Admin panel to edit/delete/add the imoported data From admin panel the admin should be able to change ad code, home page text, keywords etc. There should be a search & replace functionality from the admin panel where the user can search and replace any text from the database listings. Like search : NY RePlace :New York City .. etc.. I'm looking for a long term partnership with potential coder, as i have huge requirements for similar PHP scripting projects..
