Web Directory II

Hello all, The jist of it: I am looking to have a site developed that will serve as a Business Directory in the Las Vegas, NV area. This site should be able to serve as a reference for locals & visitors looking for various businesses and services. Businesses should be able to register, create and manage their page detailing their business/service. Further details are available upon request! User side.. The directory will apply to locals as well as visitors to the area. I'd like for users to be able to browse various industry categories (i.e. beauty, food, repairs.. etc.) Ideally, I would like a Business Directory (all listed participants) listed in alphabetical order always displayed in a frame. However, I am open to recommendations regarding the functionality of the site. Once a business has been selected there needs to be options such as 'send to a friend' and 'print'. Also, there needs to be the ability for users to add comments and rate business/services for other users to see. Business Side.. Business/Services need to be able to register. Upon registering and creating a profile Businesses need fields such as Business name, address, phone number, price range, features, and description. There also needs to be options to select that would place them under different industries (i.e. Nail Salon would check 'Beauty'). I'd like for business to be able to customize and manage their pages. In their admin area they should be able to set the scheme (colors, fonts..) of their page, change and update information. Perhaps a few basic templates already created would be more efficient for businesses to select from. The functuality of this site is the most critical part of this project. However, coders with quality design work are certainly welcomed!! I have a couple of images already that can be viewed when working on the project. Happy bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, IE, Netscape
