You're probably not reading this to find a real estate agent to help with your next move, but instead to get paid for creating some cool web real estate. If so, then here's your chance.
Marilyn "Honey" Russell is launching a new dual-action real estate enterprise and looking to contract a web developer who can convert pre-existing designs into two separate functional websites. The attached mock-ups are pretty self-explanatory - 10 pages total, heavy on graphic design and simplicity, low on functionality and dingleberries. We provide you with the necessary elements and all you have to do is follow the mock-ups to exactly recreate the designs in web form. And you can do this all from the comfort of your trailer home.
We value quality work completed in a timely manner (who doesn't, right?) with an emphasis on simplicity, common sense security procedures (i.e. encrypt any email addresses that are posted on site), attention to proper optimization methods and a willingness to explain things as if you were talking to a two-year old. A sense of humor isn't required but appreciated.

-Account Setup, Content Management System for easy editing and SEO management. Software Install, Database Setup and Security Steps
-Custom Template Design and Development Based on pre-existing Designs. CSS layout, site-wide topography, configuration and integration of graphics. Menus, Links and Site Navigation.
-Contact Forms and Online Request Forms. Forms will record to database as well as send direct email notifications. Forms will also be mobile compatible.
-Inserting and formatting content text, photos, images, external links etc. on general website pages.
-Mobile Responsive Framework & Layout. Website and all aspects of the website will respond to and conform to any device screen size. Mobile friendly menus, forms, call to action and click to call buttons.
-Web Browser Testing (IE7, IE8, FireFox, Safari, etc.)
-Website Deployment to Server, Final Testing and delivery. All files and designs to be delivered to Sweet Honey Concepts upon completion.
