Create a Drupal theme from templates

Looking for a skilled front end Drupal theme developer. I have a functioning site based on the Omega responsive theme. I require a new subtheme based on mockups and illustrations I have in photoshop. The principal design for the homepage is relatively straightforward, being just a list view of nodes. The same theme elements can be applied to other list views, such as taxonomy views and search results. I don't have specific mockups for these, you will need to do a relatively small adaptation of the template for the homepage as the layout of content will be very similar. I also need the default monthly Calendar module view reskinned to be consistent with the new theme. I have selected the Omega theme for its default responsive nature, but we will not be working on mobile devices initially, just concentrating on the web. I am structuring this task on a per-hour basis, as once the initial work is complete, there will be additional tasks to add on, such as mobile layouts. We will communicate closely throughout the process to manage the number of hours spent on this task.
