Debug issue on Check out ( needs fix)

Looking for someone who can do this and bid accordingly as i have a budget to maintain…. When i proceed to pay with PayPalPro payment gateway (see first shot) the output just says payment failed (see last shot),,everything else is working fine..I believe the function needs to be checked…If it requires the SSL or https: we have that already and i have API for live trials no issues there..If you can fix this message me..See shots below,,i will be around for a few minutes as it is late here You will need to know how to identify file/s in site in order to get hired..I will send file/s over if you identify them then you may edit file/s as needed but in end you will need to tell me the changes so i can add to my files..
