Hi, we already implemented the GPS car tracking system for local market. This system is implemented by ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL (server side) and MS Access (client side). Originally the system is implemented in Russian but it is localized in English. The system contains 2 parts: 1) server backend. This backend collects data from GPS devices and stores them into server database. 2) client frontend (desktop app). This frontend gets data from the server and display them to user. The frontend may work offline as soon as it receive data from the server so no permanent internet connection is required. The following features are available: 1) manage a number of cars for each user 2) manage a number of GPS trackers 3) manage different car drivers 4) display car's tracks on a map. We use OpenStreetMap to display car's tracks. 5) manage control points on a map for tracks 6) display warnings for incorrect behaviour of a car 7) manage data from detecting device (if GPS tracker sends such data) 8) reports The price includes installation package of both application.
