Objective: marketplace that connects people and companies that are planning events with venue owners.

Main tasks: Develop all IT structure, search, control panels, databases, payment solution integration. You should deliver the website and all features below working.
The design of all pages is already done in AI and will be sent to the developer. You can adapt or change anything in order to improve quality, design or usability.
Main features:
1. HP
-The major image will show 3-4 spaces animated images that changes every 5 seconds and other smaller images of spaces as examples
Clicking on the buttons “How it works”, “Benefits” and “FAQ”, the HP scrolls down to these pages
When you click “Sign in”, or “List your Space” it opens up a Sign in box with lightbox effect
2. Search
2.1 Results Search page
Users must log in to see the results
After login, the page is normally displayed
User can search again by typing the city, event type or marking the items of each category on the left menu
Map must show the spaces locations as a number icon or pointer
2.2 Detailed space search page
Package price: user can insert the number of people and the website returns the package value per day or half-day.
Date with calendar
Map: Shows the exact location with a website icon or the close location, in case the space has marked privacy address option.
2.3 Reservation form
-When clicking “book now”, user goes to the reservation form
-When clicking “send message”, the content will be send as an e-mail format to the user
-This e-mail should have an “Accept” button.
-The reservation order will be saved to the space´s control panel and producer´s control panel
2.4 Ask a question
-When clicking “send message”, the content will be send as an e-mail format to the user
-The message will be saved as a message at the “My rent” area in the control panel
2.5 Make an Appointment
-Space should confirm the visit or suggest a new date or time.
2.5 Payment
If the reservation requires a prepayment, the user will be transferred to Paypal or pagseguro ([login to view URL]) payment flow.
The project´s value must include the integration with a payment gateway
3. Space Registration
3.1 Account information (eventozera_reg_01_account_company)
Clicking on Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, a box will open (lightbox effect) with each text. (The text is under construction and will been sent later)
3.2 Details and Photos
Photos: if the space doesn´t upload any photos, the website will use a generic/illustrative photo
-Address and zip code integrated with google maps
-District filled up by google maps or the user
-Privacy in address: if the user marks “I´d rather not to show the exact address”, the address will be displayed as round circle, like airbnb.com.
3.3 Pricing and packages
Space can list just the space price, package price (which include space and some optional items) or both.
Space will choose among the following packages: corporate, kids party, wedding, barbecue, party
3.4 Corporate package
Corporate package final price = space + A/V equipments + (coffee-break * number of people) + (lunch price * number of people)
3.5 Other packages
The other packages have the calculation formula: Price per person * number of people
4. Space Control Panel
-My space: area where the space owner can edit all space´s information at any time
-My rents: report with all actions from the space and the producer (messages, visit order, reservation order, etc.). When clicking on the magnifying glass, a detail page shows up.
-Producer Account: Spaces should be able to add a producer account as well
5. Producer Control Panel
-My profile: page where the producer is able to edit its profile´s information
-My events: reports with all producer actions. Every action should be send by e-mail to the space and saved into the panel.
I forgot to mention the following features:
-The webiste will be in Portuguese and will I send all AI files in Portuguese and English.
-SEO optimatization: all spaces registered must indexed in order they can be easily found on searching tools
-Responsive webdesign: cross-browser compatibility with all internet devices
-Payment integration: we can use pay pal, pagseguro or a payment gateway working in Brazil
-Developer can suggest new designs and features to improve quality and navigation
