Oscommerce Bug within Admin

Hi,
We have a bug within our admin. Effectively we have a process which loads images through or FTP site, when then inserts the records into our Oscommerce MySQL database.
I've attached an image which shows you the bug we are receiving. I truly believe its just a permission issue.
Please only apply if you have experience of PLESK and Oscommerce, i have had my fingers burnt with non-experienced individuals in the past.
