Procon Plugin

I have a BF3 server and use Procon to manage it. i need a coded plugin that will do the following

Kick/ban players that kill

Warn players

Display my website

have a whitelist

possibly post information to my website like bans and players names using mysql databases and what ever else is needed.

For a skilled coder this wouldnt probably take more than 30 minutes as we would need to go over exactly what is needed.

I will pay max £10 for this bit of code ( $16 )
