SEO Control Panel -

I have a online SEO control panel, which has had some bugs in it for quite a few months now. What I am looking for someone who can take over the development and ongoing support of the system. The main point of this post is to audition new company to work What I am realistically looking for is: * Probable a small company ( I have worked with a lot of single people and I have come to find that they are a lot less reliable and after a while I have to find someone else to take over their work. Much like this project.) * Having completed more than two project on RAC and have a good rating. * I’m looking for someone from a country where the dollar is strong. I have had good experience working people from India and Romania, Chances are if you are from USA or the UK you will probable be too expensive. * Reasonable Good English. * Good Availability/ Response rate. These things are a bonus. * Good programming skills, php, cgi, pearl (web based languages) * A portfolio of similar projects. * A working knowledge of search engines. This project would be a introduction, it would be to just fix a couple of bug in the present system a then to copy the system onto a new (development server). Then there is a much bigger project afterwards to build the next version and to make it a lot more reliable. This would require quite a bit more in detailed discussion, so there is no point leaving a quote at the moment.
