The business (and site) I am launching relates to the sale of solid state lighting – LED lighting for residential, commercial and leisure purposes. The first site to launch will be a residential retro fit bulb site – replacing existing halogen, compact fluorescent tubes and incandescent bulbs with LED lighting. The drivers for this will be eco (CO2 reduction) and significantly lower operating costs and overall cost of ownership (i.e. purchase and lower running costs).
I want someone to build an energy calculator similar to the following link but with more functionality as described within the attached brief.

I then want this to be built into an iphone and android app. Once the calculations are run the results must be saved on thed device or website and retrieved later for amendment, but once finalised can also be emailed from the application to the client as a pre-formatted text email complete with my site branding.
