I am wanting a website where guitar stores can create a login id for each sales member in their store. The manager of each store would have admin capabilities to edit, add and delete users from their database.
Each store will login upon the sale of a guitar. Enter the purchaser's information into a record in the database. The website will then create a "Certificate of Authenticity" in .PDF format for the store to print and give to the customer. The certificate will include the person's name, the serial number of the guitar, the date purchased and the model number in the PDF file.
The store should be able to do simple searches of their database for customer information. They should also be able to do a monthly email to their customers through the website.
The website should generate a file to be able to import into Quickbooks every month that will invoice each guitar store for the number of guitar certificates they issued that month. The site admin (not store admin) should be able to edit, add, and delete all store admin fields, including price per certificate.
The website should have basic graphics work done, including logo design and button art work.
