I require help modifying the open source jUploadr software through the API they provide. They specify that a "programmer with a fair amount of Java knowledge" should be able to modify their software.
- software should take a customer's .jpeg files and determine if they have enough resolution to be printed on a "recommended" 8x11 inch surface.
- software should then allow the image to be uploaded to my client's server.
Determination of whether the image is appropriate is through minimum pixels on shortest side of image, and pixel length and width. Images will be flagged by software as "not usable", "low quality", good quality", or "top quality" for a predetermined print area.
