java visual frontend for csv data

I have a sensor complex which outputs rs 232 data, I need a "real-time, steam gauge, tape chart" user interface built with java. I would like proposal and time expectations ? in common language.?

Ouput ascii;

1) count 2) mag X 3) Mag Y 4) Accel X 5)Accel Y 6) Accel Z 7) pitch 8) roll 9) yaw

## Deliverables

Summary of project; create 1 page of indicators for live monitoring output of the instruments via RS232. The data also needs to be captured and saved in a text file. The Mag mode is magnetic sensor, the Accel is accelerometer, and gyro.

? Please suggest appropriate analog indicators for the above instruments.
