119020 PRE/FORECLOSURE LISTINGS PARSE

I need a parser developed to parse listings from either [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] and implement them into our database. Every 3 weeks we would like it to auto-update with the 50 most recent listings.

I will need the most recent 50 'pre-foreclosure' listings for each county in each state of the US.
