Social Monitoring Application

Need an application that can query a list of sites (about 25) by keyword i.e. John Doe and display the results to the end user line by line. Also show how many name matches appear in google, yahoo, and bing... based on a keyword. i.e. We have found 3,000,000 matches in google search. 213,000,322 in yahoo etc Here's how it works: step 1. user enters the keyword to check listings step 2. we show list of results after pinging each site in our list and pulling results into dashboard i.e. google search API, etc.. step 3. user clicks "SIGN UP" button step 4. user signs up and pay for service step 5. admin team removes these listings manually for user and sends updated reports step 6. send user weekly or monthly reports i.e. google alert SuperAdmin should be able to add new sites to list to be crawled for results. Admin level.. there can be unlimited number of admins who can remove listings and check a status i.e. Pending... Not done.... Done.... User level.. registrations, automatic email updates I will provide admin UI and front end... please explain to me your proposed solution and time to complete. I will base my decision by your rating, price and speed. Thanks
