VivaStreet - Kijiji - Gumtree Craigs-List like Website

Hi everyone I need a gumtree/craigs-list/kijiji/vivastreet styled website. Fully functional and easy as these two websites. Please read carefully, and only take on board if you know you can do this. Note: not all catergoies on gumtree/craigs-list/kijiji/vivastreet will be needed, about half or less maybe. Only bid if you can design and develop this to full functionality. Needs following features: -Unlimited adverts, as directory and customers grow, website should grow. -Preset Categories, e.g to rent, dating, for sale etc. -Users need to be able to browse website by categories e.g to rent, dating, for sale etc. -Users can search for specific services by category(drop down menu) or by search bar -Search hits should be displayed as Cragslist like list with Thumbnail photo on left side of list as Ebay does -Clicking / Selecting search hit should display a property page summary of the product / Item listing photos, maps description details etc. etc. - Advertisers (customers) can submit, purchase and edit adverts. - Customers can log in and pay to resubmit advert to top listing, adverts listed from top will gradually go down over time, or as new adverts posted. - Customers can receive free adverts if owner decides to disable payment, e.g for first few months. - Adverts will be deleted after X amount of months automatically, when advert expiries, or when owner decides to remove advert. -Adverts posted by customer show, company name, description, contact info, additional info etc. - Adverts can include up to 4 pictures. - Country/City function needed, e.g London, Glassgow etc - sponsored link section, customers pay a bit more to post advert here. Admin, management: Owner (admin) can ad adverts Admin can edit adverts Admin can remove any advert Admin can approve adverts Admin is emailed when new advert is added Admin is emailed when use pays for advert Admin can add/edit categories and sub categories e.g Property > for rent, for sale etc Admin can edit adverts auto delete time User management: Users (customers) can submit adverts Customers can edit own adverts Customers can add 1 picture per advert Customers can add title, details, url and picture on advert Customers can change and retrieve password for forgotten passwords/usernames Customer can pay to submit/extend paid adverts time periods Interaction feautures: Form to email option, for customers who do not wish to reveal thier email/contact details. Or for enquries to us. Coding Features: HTML/CSS/AJAX/java script, Ajax, flash, php, flex, mysql whichever needed. Setup and configured to W3C and CSS W3C standards Website features/design: -Customer buttons, headers, layout and design which needs to be discussed. -Needs logo, banner on right side, and bottom, sky scarper, horizontal format, e.g for google advertising -Design, same on all pages, but conext different Also security is an issue, down time etc, this is why I need a long term business partner who is trustable, reliable and honest.
