I require the development of a chat application that can act as a conduit between two conversations on any of the popular chat engines e.g. MSN Live messenger, Yahoo messenger etc
So for example. Person A wants to speak to Person B but will only do so through Person C. Whatever Person A types goes to Person C and then Person C sends that to person B. Person C is being the conduit/moderator between both parties.
This could be a standalone chat client-server or peer-to-peer application if it is not possible to integrate it in to existing Chat clients like MSN Live Messenger as a plug / add on.
