301846 AEDATING IM MOD

HI folks, I am in need of a mod that i cant figure out or do. This person will need to know PHP and FLASH well and know how to recompile a [login to view URL] file for ( Instant messages ) on a dating site. My site is run under aedating 4.1 IQ and is highly modded. Aedatings default IM doesnt work well, Well it works but it does not notify anyone that they been added to IM. So unless the user emails this person the person does not know that someone is on waiting for them. Please see screen shots. Thats a screen shot of a search on my site. From search or profile you can click add to IM. This will add the user to im but the im window does not open automatically unless the other user opens it. The im is built with flash and i am atempting to get the [login to view URL] file from aewebworks so it can be recompiled as i am sure whomever takes onthis job will want the fla file. Clicking add to IM is a javascript call, Opening and closing the IM is a javascript call. question is, I want the im like in this image, to OPEN UP when someone clicks ADD TO IM. I want it to open up each time a message goes thru. Meaning if someone messages someone it opens, Then the person closes it temporarily or forgets. Next time a messages comes thru it OPENS again. I also want it to have a sound each time it opens automatically by a user. Soft light friendly sound , not a irritating one. Files that will need modding [login to view URL] Any other php files that work with im wich may possibly be [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Possibly a file or 2 in the INC folder may need some modding to. Another nice feature would be to have the im so the user can select if he does not want to use IM ( sometimes IM on busy sites can be very nerve racking when you dont want to chat and thats all that is happening is a IM opening each time you close it. ) this is not nevessary though, Important thing for now is to get it to open and work. Bidding? Not sure what to set for a bidding price on this. I am guessing that this is a 2 days work. If you need any info please let me know. Please dont bid unless you know you can do this project.
