I am looking to have the ability to format voice recorded text files converting into a formatted inventory report. Something similar to that available on [url removed, login to view], the process appears quite simple whereby you will assign certain 'rules' to keywords and the software will then designate this to the document, you can also add new keywords to allow the software to learn. You can see more of what I mean at the above web address. Once the software has formatted the document it then needs to generate the actual report similar to the attached file. This report can then be either printed or emailed to a client from within the software. There would be some pre populated lead pages with disclaimers and guidance notes etc that should also have the ability to modify if needed. It would also be useful if the software could keep track of clients to allow users to simple click on a client and their information then be automatically added to any new reports. It would be good if the software could work on a credit system whereby clients purchase credits to allow their reports to be printed or emailed.
