We are looking for someone who is an expert in the InfusionSoft API, a popular customer and affiliate management system. We have a real estate website based on WordPress that we update daily with new blog posts and products for sale via InfusionSoft tracking, and we need our site to work with our InfusionSoft database.
We need agents who are interested in being our affiliate to be able to quickly "create" their own affiliate website, by simply having their own customizable "header" at the top of our homepage. The header would consist of:
- agent portrait photo (they should be able to change anytime by uploading a new one)
- agent name, phone, email, homepage (pulled from the InfusionSoft database)
- agent's company logo in header background (i.e. Prudential) depending on InfusionSoft selection
Then, we will have the agent's generated affiliate link from InfusionSoft redirect to their PHP/CSS id on our homepage, for example something like this: [url removed, login to view]
The main point is that we want agents to only login to InfusionSoft. We don't want them to login anywhere else to make these changes. We are fairly certain this can be done, with the exception of updating portrait photos.
We can provide company logos and CSS code for each real estate agency. We simply need your team to create us a system on our WordPress website that recognizes each agent's custom design. (In other words, don't worry about making this pretty, we can do that. We simply need the functionality here.)
We had another team working on this last year, and we can show you a few examples, but they are fairly broken and unfinished as we never completed this project last time, and have now moved on to InfusionSoft.
We are open to suggestions for streamlining this concept, including various scripting methods. We also need users to be able to "switch back" to the original CSS of our homepage if they so choose.
Please post your bid offers and ask us any questions. Thank you!
NOTE: To clarify, the agent name, phone, email, homepage and *hopefully* their photo should all pull from the Infusion Soft database via the API. Again, we aren't sure if the photo feature is possible, but the rest of it definitely is.
The company logo (i.e. Prudential) will be stored on our website server, and should simply load based on the CSS that is called by Infusion Soft custom fields (i.e. agent_company ==> "prudential")
