Facebook Welcome Page Invite your Friends

We need to add a Facebook Welcome page to our Fan Page for the user to Invite Friends to our page.
Please find an example in the attached file.
We require that you provide the code for us to integrate into our Static HTML app, or provide another method to accomplish this.
We require you provide all assistance until the function is working properly and reliably on our Facebook Fan Page.

I am ONLY asking for INVITE YOUR FRIENDS welcome page.
We DO NOT NEED NEW WELCOME PAGE. We already have Static HTML application installed and working. We already have one page for people who have not yet liked the page. We already have one page for people who have liked the page.

All of the links you have provided are for a INVITE YOUR FRIENDS application using an application called Static FBML.
Technically this method of creating custom content on Facebook Pages is no longer supported, although it still works until the end of this year 2011.
This app IS BEING PHASED OUT and the “right” way to create custom content on the new Facebook Pages is using the new iframe Tabs.
So can you do this using iFrame tab??
We do not currently have Static FBML on our page.
