Flowplayer setup, or another flash player setup.

Flowplayer (.org) looks simple and nice to use for my streaming videos site. I just need help configuring a few things. First off as of now I have the free version, but once complete I will buy the commercial version so I can brand it. I need someone to make a flowplayer for me that works like the megavideo flash player. Where when the play button is clicked for the 1st time a pop up occurs, then they press play again and the video plays. There should be tracking in a admin panel so I can see the url and how many times it was uniquely clicked. I should also be able to add new links or remove ones from the admin panel. There should also be a simple if($mem[premium]==yes){ no pop up (premium members dont have the popup). If you have any questions feel free to ask!
