IPN Integration for Online Purchases/Simple Control Panel

I am in need of a Paypal IPN integration for an upcoming site I am going to release. We are taking care of the design, HTML, and all graphical aspects - we just need some simple programming to integrate with the site.
We want much like [url removed, login to view] (in regards to Terms of Serivce, this is not our web site and we have no relation to them), if you register and on the top right go to Control Panel you will see the Control Panel.

• Personal Information: Name, Domain Name, Street Address, City, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Phone
• Misc Information: AIM Handle, MSN Handle, YIM Handle
*Ability to add custom fields in addition to the ones listed
- Ability to Add a Promo Code: In case we want to add a special discount to banner(s) pricing, we would like to be able to add a promo code and be able to modify pricing of the banners.
- Support Tickets: Create Ticket (Subject, Problem, Urgency, etc)
- Submit Testimonial: Simple Form - Name, Testimonial, Domain Name - This will be submitted to me via e-mail
- If you can think of anything else that would wow potential customers please suggest it - Creativity welcome!

We are in need of a simple Paypal IPN - where people can select a size for a banner on our web site, quantity, etc, and transfer the data to Paypal which will in turn complete the money transfer
