I need some help with some mathematical script. To view the script in action please go to

Click ‘CONTINUE’ to access the form that I need some assistance with.
Once you arrive at the form keep clicking ‘CONTINUE’ until you get to the Shareholders information.
If you type in a number of shares in the form for Shareholder 1 under current £1 shares held (say 100) and then click on the new share allocation ‘A’ box below and type in an amount (under 100) both ‘A’ and ‘B’ boxes re-calculate so that the sum of both are never greater than the current shares held

This all works very well for two classes of share (‘A’ and ‘B’) but the pages that I am attempting to write will be having 3 and 4 classes as well, so:
‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ shares; and
‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ shares
The idea that I had to overcome this would be as follows:
The problem occurs when there are more than 2 classes
If 100 shares are entered in the current share allocation and the box below is clicked then it will show 100 also. If the next box (new allocation ‘B’ shares) is clicked then the ‘A’ and ‘B’ box will show 50 shares each as it has re-calculated. The problem occurs when you click on the ‘new allocation ‘C’ box as I do not know how it can be re-calculated or if it is even possible
