For this form, the first page is a hyperlinked list of all the word choice reports that the specific user has completed, with the corresponding date and time also listed. When they click on the hyperlink to choose one of their reports, it would then present them with the patterns and expressions from that date and time.
The 12 individual patterns and their expression results are able to be positioned precisely on the form, so a graphic can be placed behind them, rather than just a vertical list.
This reporting method is then extended so the user can make a Team Report.
For a Team Report the user is able to select a number of members from his team, and create an average report for them in the same way that the WHOLE value is calculated for the individual report, by averaging the values for each pattern.
The user would be presented with a list of his team members, with checkboxes beside them. He would then select the team members that he wanted to find the average values for by checking the corresponding checkboxes. He would then click a ‘choose’ button that would select the most recent values for each checked team member and average them. The average patterns and expressions would then be listed and precisely positioned for the selected team members.
The average patterns and expressions would not need to be stored in the database, just calculated and displayed, depending on which team members were chosen.
