PHP/MySQL DeBug, PHP cookies Debug

I have a project that has 5 deliverables. Background: The website is [login to view URL] - a deal aggregator site. User's can also subscribe to receive the daily deals in their email inbox. Deliverable #1 I have a manage subscription page. There are 3 ways to access this page: a) Through an unsubscribe button in their email (email address is automatically passed) - NOT WORKING b) If someone is on the site viewing a cities deals (ex. [login to view URL]) they can enter their email address in the top box and when they click submit a "manage subscriptions" link pops up. - WORKING c) If they just go to [login to view URL] they are asked to enter their email address - NOT WORKING In situation (a) the user for some reason is still prompted to enter their email address, but it still doesnt work In situation (c), same as (a) - it is not setting a cookie for their email address Deliverable #2 If a user is on my site on a specific page (ex. [login to view URL]) I want to store a cookie that says this was the last page visited. The next time they visit [login to view URL], you should read the cookie and re-direct the user to /ca/san-francisco. (I have over 200 cities, but I just want the functionality done for 1 and I will do the rest myself) Deliverable #3 I have an "add city" function on the Manage Subscriptions page that is working fine in all browsers except Firefox - this must be fixed Deliverable #4 2 formatting issues: (a) In Opera, on all the deal pages there is a top margin issue (it is too high up) (b) For some reason on the manage subscription page the box around the left container sometimes has a top margin and is separated (ALL BROWSERS) Deliverable #5 On all my pages I have a jQuery function that displays the "change city" part of my site. For some reason when the user is on "manage subscription" page, the link does not work This is all relatively easy stuff if you are familiar with PHP cookies and a bit of javascript/jQuery. Looking to get this done ASAP!!
