123670 PHP - work as per

I need three quick and easy changes made to my PHP website.

1. The addition of a new, blank, content page titled Selling Tips. This page will be in the Writers section and will be accessed by a new nav button situated between the Selling button and the FAQ button. I will add and edit content using the CMS panel.

2. Alter the Subscribe Now page to offer another subscription package and set up the required changes with my credit card processing gateway.

3. There is a "white space" under the left NAV buttons where I can place ads but this was not set up to suit my need. Presently, size of the space changes according to page length, thus distorting a jpeg ad shot for example. I want two or three fixed pixel width and length blocks in which to place ads. Measurement will be supplied when work is under way.
