Js pro needed for form (Extjs or Jquery)

I have a html form that i want to add lots of little js type tricks to it 1-tooltips - I have these coded on another form but want added to this one 2-Add to cart effect - yellow fade technique on the row and then add to persistent cart div in top right. i have a great example of this. 3-type ahead functions on some cells that prompt user to work with the item and then it will autofill some other fields 4-nice field validations (client side) 5-tabs We can talk in more details on this. i estimate about 2 days to work on this and complete it since most of the functions are pretty easy to get from existing code from jquery. I would love to extjs for all of this but i think you might be better in jquery. Please let me know your thoughts Lets talk details and then get started. I have the majority of the html form coded by hand, i just need a pro to clean up what i got and add some js tricks. the intent of this is to be able to give my team this form when we are done and like all of the actions on the page, they can then apply real code and data to it so that it is functional. I imagine you will need to be good with json data here so we can stay pretty agnostic in language.
