I need a real expert with PHP and javascript to help me complete a property investment software.
This software allows property investors to enter details such as purchase price, market value, monthly rental, expenses etc and then they can calculate the return on the investment.
The software is 95% completed. It just has some small errors in the calculations.
I would think maybe 4 or 5 hours work for someone who is skilled with PHP and javascript. (If it takes longer I will pay you extra). It is also essential that you understand some mathematics, so you can understand how the calculations work.
