REAL ESTATE SITE WILL CONSIST OF REAL ESTATE ONLINE BIDDING SITE THAT INTEGRATED WITH MLS/IDX PROPERTY SEARCH. THEY WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURE BELOW: 1. SEARCH PROPERTY BY MLS/IDX, NEIGHBOR HOOD AND COMMUNITY SEARCH, HOME VALUE, MORTGAGE CALCULATOR, MAP. 2. ONLINE BIDDING. CUSTOMER CAN PLACE THEIR HOME FOR A BID. WE WILL OFFER ESCROW RESERVE ACCOUNT. WE WILL CHARGE COMMISION FOR EVERY BID WON. 3. TRACK RATE- CUSTOMER CAN PLACE A RATE THAT THEY WANT AND ONCE THAT INTEREST RATE REDUCE IT WILL NOTIFY THEM 4. MORTGAGE & LOAN - CUSTOMER CAN REQUEST AND APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE 5. CLASSIFIED AD- CUSTOMER CAN PLACE AD ON OUR SITE 6. CHAT ONLINE - CUSTOMER CAN CHAT WITH THE SELLER OR OUR COMPANY. 7. PAYMENT GATEWAY - CUSTOMER CAN MAKE OR TRANSFER PAYMENT 8. ESCROW- ONCE CUSTOMER WANT TO BID OR WON THE BID. THEY WILL HAVE TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN TO OUR ESCROW ACCOUNT. 9. BECOME OUR REPRESENTATIVE - MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING THAT USER CAN SALE OUR PRODUCT AND FIND TEAM. THEY AND THEIR TEAM CAN CHECK ON THE STATUS OF CHECK AND HOW MANY PEOPLE IN THEIR TEAM HAD SOLD THE PRODUCT 10. FIND PROPERTY FOR ME - CUSTOMER CAN PLACE A PROPERTY THAT THEY LIKE AND ONCE THAT PROPERTY LISTED WITH OUR COMPANY THEN IT WILL NOTIFY THEM 11. CUSTOMER CAN UPLOAD THEIR PROPERTY WITH US AND THEY CAN UPLOAD UP TO 15 PICTURE PER PROPERTY 12. WE ABLE TO SEND A MASS EMAIL THROUGH OUR ADMIN.
